In August, the most downloaded games on the App Store and Google Play were "Snake.io - Fun Online Snake" and "Offline Games - No Wifi Games."
These two games have been topping the download charts for two consecutive months.
On the App Store, "Snake.io - Fun Online Snake" topped the monthly download chart with 9,458,516 downloads, which is approximately a 20% increase compared to last month.
On the Google Play, "Offline Game - No WiFi Game" topped the monthly download chart with 22,149,562 downloads, which is approximately a 18% decrease compared to last month.

- In August, two apps experienced exponential growth in downloads, causing a dramatic rise in the do wnload rankings.
One of these apps is "Supermarket Master 3D", which jumped from outside the top 200 to the Top 10 on Google Play with 3,739,553 downloads.
The other app is a new game that was released on July 5, 2024, called "My Superstore Simulator" on Google Play with 11,876,262 downloads this month.
- In August, there was little change in the Top 10 apps on the App Store.
Compared to July, "Supermarket Master 3D" surged into the Top 10 downloads list for August, while "Offline Game - No WiFi Game" dropped out of the App Store rankings.
On Google Play, the Top 10 apps saw more significant changes.
Compared to July, three mobile games—"Block Blast!" , "My Superstore Simulator", "My Talking Tom 2"—entered the Top 10 downloads list for August. Correspondingly, "Manage Supermarket Simulator", "Wood Screw Puzzle", and "My Talking Hank: Islands" fell out of the Top 10 rankings for August.
- Two games performed quite great on both the App Store and Google Play charts, "Roblox" and "Block Blast！".
August is the summer holiday for most countries globally. Roblox continued to maintain a high position during the school break, but its ranking might decline in September. Since March, Block Blast has been steadily rising, so it was expected to appear on both the App Store and Google Play charts in August.

Its downloads on the App Store skyrocketed from 266,781 to 3,739,553, catapulting it from outside the top 200 to the 6th position.One is "Supermarket Master 3D" on the App Store download chart, and the other is "My Superstore Simulator" on the Google Play download chart.
