The Main Server Welcomes Cici and Her Yo-yo!

MOONTON Games has released the latest update for Mobile Legends, version 1.8.44, which transitions from the Advanced Server to the Main Server. The update brings the new fighter hero, Cici, to the forefront of the battlefield with her unique Yo-yo weapon, following extensive testing on the Advanced Server.

In addition to Cici's debut, the update includes various hero balance tweaks and the introduction of a new Ranked Season. Players who have consistently reached Mythic rank over four seasons can now claim the exclusive Mythic Rank skin for Faramis.

Meet the New Hero: Cici

Cici, the latest fighter hero, joins the fray with her Yo-yo, granting her increased movement speed and other distinct advantages in combat. Below is an overview of her abilities:

Abilities Overview

• Passive: Performer’s Delight
  Cici gains a Delight stack each time she deals damage, enhancing her movement speed by 2% per stack, up to 10 times. At maximum stacks, she also receives a 30% boost to Spell Vamp.

• Skill 1: Yo-Yo Blitz
  Cici throws her Yo-yo at the nearest enemy, locking on for 3.5 seconds and striking up to 10 times, inflicting damage based on the enemy's Max HP. She remains mobile and can use other skills during this attack.

• Skill 2: Buoyant Bounce
  She leaps to a location, dealing physical damage if she lands on an enemy, and then leaps again in the chosen direction.

• Ultimate: Curtain Call
  Cici links two enemy heroes with her Yo-yo, dealing physical damage, applying a slow, and pulling them together. She can simultaneously attack both linked enemies with Yo-Yo Blitz.

Hero Balance Changes

• Dyrroth: Adjustments reverted, maintaining his burst potential with Max Rage, and his Ultimate is now uninterruptible.
• Lancelot: Slight nerf to Skill 2's base damage to prevent overpowered scenarios due to new equipment buffs.
• Yin: Increased cooldown on Ultimate; fixed a damage decay issue.

• Masha: Adjusted Control Immunity under 1 HP bar and reduced skill damage for balance.

Battlefield and System Adjustments

• Target Selection Logic: Improved auto-attack target selection and next target acquisition.
• Training Camp: Players can now switch heroes, emblems, spells, and setups in real-time without leaving the battle.

• KOF Bingo Draw Event: Limited-time return of KOF skins from January 2 to January 27, 2024.
• Dawning Stars Draw Event: Limited-time return of Dawning Stars skins from January 15 to February 13, 2024.
• Magic Wheel and Lucky Box: Discounts and new skins, including Freya "Galactic Vanquisher" and revamped Gord "Conqueror".
• Ranked Season: First annual skin, Faramis "Infernal Magister", and S31 seasonal skin, Yi Sun-shin "Surging Torrent", available on December 23, 2023.

• StarLight Pass Skin: Bruno "Street Hype" available on January 1, 2024.
• Grand Collection Event: Lapu-Lapu "Adlaw's Chosen" available on January 10, 2024.
• Zodiac Summon Event: Revamped Martis "Capricorn" available on December 22, 2024.
• Other Skins: Cici "Whimsical Carnival" debuts on December 23, 2023, with a promotional diamond price.
