In October, the most downloaded games on the App Store and Google Play were "Clash Royale" and "Mini Games: Calm & Chill."
In October, "Clash Royale" surpassed "Snake.io - Fun Online Snake," which had held the top spot for three consecutive months, with 5,829,128 downloads, reclaiming the No.1 position on the App Store's monthly download chart after a three-month gap.
"Mini Games: Calm & Chill," a casual game released in August, was heavily influenced by TikTok in October, achieving 20,630,349 downloads and shooting straight to the top of the Google Play download chart.

In October, the Top 10 download charts on the App Store and Google Play saw the biggest shake-up of 2024.
On the App Store, two newly released apps made it into the top ranks: "Shawarma Legend - China Edition" and "Perfect Tidy."

Compared to its June victory with 6,742,414 downloads, "Clash Royale" saw a 15.66% decrease in downloads by October.

According to FoxData-Global Downloads, "Clash Royale" has been experiencing a downward trend in downloads since August, with October's download numbers only 5% higher than the Monthly Average Downloads.
Despite this, "Clash Royale" still managed to top the App Store download charts, indicating that, compared to the summer, user acquisition across the entire App Store has declined in the fall.
