Thanks to Insieme EOC we promote more efficient, continuous and up-to-date communication. Patients can request access data for the app from EOC hospital services. This allows them to view upcoming appointments and access their clinical records. Together EOC provides the possibility of completing questionnaires safely and will be offered by the various clinics or departments to those patients who will best benefit from it.
