If you would like to be able to use the reminder function of the alarm and the timer normally, please unmute the device. Also, as the alarm notification or timer notification appears on the lock screen, once you have slid to open the alarm or timer, the ring will not stop on its own. When this happens, you can use the physical volume button to shut off the alarm or timer.
