On Demand is a convenient, low-cost care option for minor illnesses and injuries that is available anytime and anywhere in the United States. Patients (adults and children age 2 and older) connect to providers through a secure video visit on the web or mobile device. Providers can diagnose, offer treatment and prescribe medication, if medically necessary, for many health conditions, including: • Upper respiratory infections/flu/cough/cold • Sinus symptoms • Sore throat • Ear ache • Eye irritation/conjunctivitis • Allergies • Rashes • Other minor injuries and minor illnesses On Demand is NOT for medical emergencies.
