Our system consists of a lot of views that share many folders with each other. When I create a branch for one of the views, for the purpose of a new version, I would like all folders in other views that pointed until now to the original view, to be changed to point to the branched view. In order to do that I need a list of all folders in this view that other views share.
Can I get some kind of report, or list that will show me, in a specific view, all the references of all folders in the view?
Or Can I get a report or any other kind of list that will show me, in a specific view, all the folders that are shared (point to other views? folders)?
As I see now I will have to go over each and every folder in the view, and look at the references dialog for each folder. I have no option of printing it. This is a very hard, error prone work. How can I do it more easily, and safely?
Thanks,
Lola.
