Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Information Technology student and I am currently
taking a subject in Systems Analysis and Design. We
have an assignment with the question "What is Change /
Configuration Management?"

I would greatly appreciate it if you could share with
me what your idea of Change Management is as there are
no books or websites that I have found so far that
give a direct answer.
